EA TO THE PRESIDENT/CEO (ABUJA)
In this job, you will provide high level administrative and business development support by conducting research, preparing statistics, and performing administrative functions. Other duties can include: supporting lower level staff, managing, organizing, and updating relevant data using database applications; communicating and providing accounts data as and when required; maintaining financial records; communicating with customers/suppliers/visitors/enquirers; handling admin duties; providing payroll and benefits administration support; arranging and participating in meetings, conferences, and project team activities; ordering and maintaining relevant office supplies. The ideal candidate will provide dynamic, proactive, and aggressive support and oversee all business development initiatives and schemes and will have 3-5 years experience with a good first degree and relevant experience in executive assistance, human resource management, and office management. This role is a target based role and applicants must be aware that agreed targets and deliverables must be accomplished each month.
