The law of multiplication in business
Here's the truth...Whatever the reason you got into business, if you don't sell your product or service, you'll probably not be in business for long... Statistics have shown that customer who receive EXCELLENT customer service will tell about 20 people, but if you mess up they may tell 20 other people...who may then tell 20 others... :(
So starting tomorrow, take care to show excellent internal and external customer service to build a positive image of your, your brand, and your company.
